FOCUS 1: DENTAL CARE

Dental care is essential for oral health ​and is critical to
​overall patient wellbeing.
Since the completion of our renovation, here's how we've expanded:
​
  • With two full time dentists and two full time hygienists in the new setting, capacity has increased 300 monthly encounters to over 500.
 
  • Additional rooms have allowed us to host volunteer specialists and ​add more hygienist care.
    ​
  • We're providing more in-house care, allowing us to limit referrals for outside care.

FOCUS 2: WOMEN'S HEALTH

Women’s health care is an area of significant need that has not been accessible for low-income women in our community.
Here's a look at what we've accomplished since our expansion:

• We've dedicated Mondays to women's services, including annual physicals, educational support, counseling, pap smears, cancer screenings, mammograms, bone density scans, and other essential diagnostic services.

• From intake and triage to outside referrals and specialist visits, we're providing more thorough assessments and diagnoses.

• We're arranging for more prenatal vitamins for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

• Additional screening and support is being provided to help women in unstable home environments.
