Our Volunteers
Volunteers are the heart of the Free Clinic
Their commitment and dedication to our mission and the patients they serve, enrich every aspect of our day to day operations. The Free Clinic would not exist without them.
They are over 200 strong: nurses and doctors, eligibility screeners and receptionists, counselors and specialists, pharmacists and students, translators and therapists. Behind the scenes, others bring us dinners on Thursday evenings, see our patients in their private practices, sit on committees, organize and staff annual events, collect warm clothing, hand out Christmas gifts, deliver books and most of all, they share their energy, their wisdom, their time and their expertise.
They keep the clinic alive and our mission vibrant. We are humbled by their presence and grateful, always grateful, for their service.
